Also I found out that when you block someone on samsung phone or any other android phone the sent text message will be delivered to the person if he or she received the text message but wont be able to reply your text message.
But bear in mind that the person will go ahead to block you as well especially if finding out that you blocked him or her in order to prevent a reply from them or to abuse them.

Can you imessage someone you blocked?
You can imessage someone you blocked but the problem is that the imessage won’t show delivered or read, and they can’t reply your iMessages.
It look plain stupid and crazy sending iMessages to someone you blocked and if your intention is to abuse them and not get a reply from them, bear in mind that the person will go ahead to block you immediately.
Once you block someone on imessage or on your mobile phone, there’s no need going on to send a message to the person.
It doesn’t make sense at all and the person is likely going to block you as well.
Is there a blocked messages folder on iPhone?
There is no blocked messages folder on iPhone because when you block someone on your iPhone calls will never go through as well as sms text messages and imessages.
