3. By using whatsapp

WhatsApp is another means of texting though it is majorly called chatting, very similar to the iMessage aside from the video and voice call feature.

The truth is that they are all instant messaging apps and services.

It is quite difficult to tell if someone’s phone is off when texting with WhatsApp especially if the recipient isn’t using internet at the very moment you are texting. But what you have to do is to send your message and watch if it will show two marks, and if it does then it means the recipient phone is on and active.
