I noticed that some users believe that iphone sending text instead of imessage to one contact is because of the fact that the person blocked them on imessage, but that isn’t true at all.
When you are blocked on imessage, the sent imessages will never change to sms text messages but instead it will show not delivered below the sent imessage.
But if you are not blocked the imessage will show delivered unless the recipient isn’t using an imessage then the message will be sent as sms text message.
