There are two ways to refresh Chrome on android phone, one is by sipping down on your screen, and using the refresh icon on the Google Chrome browser.

Open the google chrome browser and also a page. On the page, swip down or hold down on your screen and the page will refresh immediately.
As you hold down on your screen, you will see the refresh icon display on top of your screen, continue to hold down on your screen and it will refresh the page. Swiping down quickly on your screen also refresh the page or the chrome browser.
Another way to refresh Chrome on Android is by tapping on the three dot options located on top right corner of your screen. On tapping the option menu, you will see the refresh icon on the Chrome browser just like the picture below.
To refresh Chrome on Android phone, tap on the refresh icon and it will immediately refresh the page. So this is how to refresh a page on android phone, based on mobile browser and the Google Chrome.
2. How to refresh a page on Firefox
To refresh a page on Firefox mobile browser browser, you only have one option and which is tapping on the refresh icon. The swiping down or holding down on screen option isn’t available on Firefox browser, so don’t bother doing that cause it won’t work at all.
To refresh a page on the Firefox browser, kindly open a page on the mobile browser app and tap on the three dots option menu.

3. How to refresh a page on android phone: Opera browser
For Opera browser, you have two options to refresh a page. One is by holding down on your screen, while the other is by tapping on the refresh button on the opera browser.
To get started, open a page on the opera browser and swipe down on your screen. Immediately the page will be refreshed.
Second is by tapping on refresh or reload icon. Tap on the option menu on the opera browser and you will see the icon just like the picture below.
To refresh a page on android phone for opera browser, tap on the reload icon and the page will be refreshed immediately.
4. Refresh page on Edge browser
The next is on how to refresh a page on android phone for edge browser. Just like opera and co, you can refresh a page on the edge browser by swiping down, and by tapping on the refresh icon.
Open a page on the edge browser and swipe down on your screen to refresh or reload a page on the edge browser. The second is by tapping on the refresh icon.
Open a page on the edge browser, on the top right corner of your screen beside the url, you will see the refresh icon. Tapping on the icon immediately refresh or reload the page.

5. Refresh a page on Samsung browser
Samsung browser is one of the browser which you can easily refresh a page without a tussle or hassle. Just like the others, swiping down on the screen and tapping on the refresh button does the magic for you.
Open a page on the Samsung browser, to refresh a page, swipe down on your screen to refresh or reload the page.
Second is by tapping on the refresh icon. Open a page on the Samsung browser and tap on the refresh icon just like on the picture below.
On tapping on the icon the page will be refreshed on the Samsung browser.
Just like I said on the Samsung browser, to refresh a page on the Samsung Galaxy, swipe down on the screen, and also tapping on the refresh button does the magic for you.

Second is by tapping on the refresh icon. Open a page on the Samsung browser and tap on the refresh icon. On tapping on the icon the page will be refreshed on the Samsung browser.

The refresh button on android is only located in the mobile browser for android phone. There’s no any unique button which you can press to refresh your phone without opening a browser.
So what I’m trying say is that you can only refresh the mobile browser on your phone.
If your android phone is lagging or hanging, you have to clear junk files, cache and even data if it gets too much. Aside from that, there’s no a button to press to refresh your android phone.
