Generally, departed country of origin aliexpress on aliexpress is China. And that is the headquarter of aliexpress or Alibaba  I will say.

Aliexpress departed country of origin

Having said that departed country of origin aliexpress is China, or maybe Singapore, Spain, France or Russia, let me explain what the terms means.

Departed country of origin aliexpress meaning

When you see this term on your aliexpress tracking, it simply means that your order has left the country of its origin. That is to say that the order has left the place where it is being sold, and forwarded to your location.

For example, you’re living in Australia, and ordered for a smartphone on aliexpress. After three days, the seller shipped the order. Then after five days, you checked the tracking number and saw departed country of origin.

This is simply telling you that your order has moved from China (which is the country of origin) to your destination which is Australia.

When you see the aliexpress departed country of origin on your dashboard, you should be happy cause your order is now on transit and moving to your location.

Depending on the means of shipment, it usually takes a maximum of eight days to arrive your country. That is if you used a fast shipping method for your order.

Whenever I see the aliexpress departed country of origin on my dashboard, I will start to anticipate when it will reach country. And if it does reach my destination, aliexpress will notify me stating that your order has arrived at country of destination.

With this you’ll know that very soon you’ll receive your order.

Again, when you see order has arrived at country of destination, kindly note that it is with the custom duty and it may take some time (depending on your country custom) before it finally arrives to your final destination which is your house.

Departed country of origin aliexpress issue

Now, here comes the problem and questions.

Lot’s of aliexpress shoppers do ask this question about aliexpress stuck on departed country of origin.

That is on their tracking, they will see aliexpress departed country of origin and it will remain like that for close to two months or even more than two months.

Now I want you to understand that you may see that your order is stucked on aliexpress departed country of origin for close to two months and there’s no update about your order, however, it has reached your destination country.

Yes I’m sure about that.

Checking your aliexpress tracking number and seeing aliexpress departed country of origin always, no changes, no updates and you get scared and pissed off.

Please you need not to be. Many a time it is caused by lack of updates on your order and I’ve seen this mostly happen on aliexpress free shipping, sellers shipping method or some relatively cheap aliexpress couriers like Cainiao super economy, Yanwen economic air mail, etc.

I’ve experienced aliexpress stuck on departed country of origin multiple times and I didn’t received a notification or message that the order has arrived my country destination. But the truth is, I do receive calls from the delivery man to come pick up my order.

So you may be thinking that your aliexpress order is stucked on departed country of origin whilst it has reached your final destination and which is your house.

What I’m trying to tell you is that if you see aliexpress departed country of origin on your tracking and no changes, please don’t panic, wait for a while. Then if there’s no changes after two months, kindly contact the seller and notify him or her about that.

By now I know that you have understood what aliexpress departed country of origin and why you shouldn’t panic if there’s no updates about your order.

Can you get scammed on AliExpress?

aliexpress departed country of origin

The answer is no.

You can’t be scammed on aliexpress cause you can easily open a dispute and aliexpress will resolve the problem for you.

I’ve been shopping on aliexpress since 2016 and have met good and cunning sellers. You need to be wise cause there are cunning aliexpress sellers who would want to trick you.

I recall my incident where by a seller asked me to pay extra money for my order shipment using a third party link. I immediately canceled the order but the seller went ahead and shipped the order using his own shipping method.

After two months plus I didn’t see any updates, I contacted the seller and he said that my country custom returned the order though he is yet to receive it. I realized that the seller wants to trick me, and i opened a dispute immediately and also contacted aliexpress.

The seller refund my money within two days.

What I’m trying to say that aliexpress sellers can’t scam you unless you want to fall a victim. Looking at the incident that happened to me, a buyer might go ahead and pay for the extra money and if things go wrong, aliexpress won’t know about it cause you didn’t make the payment using their platform.

There are cunning or evil minded aliexpress sellers though they are very few, but you as a buyer need to wise in case you meet such seller or merchant.

Let me repeat this again, you don’t have to panic when you see aliexpress departed country of origin on your order tracking for more than a month. However, if it exceed two months, kindly contact the seller and request to know where your order is.

If it gets to three months, you can go ahead and open a dispute but first contact the seller and notify him about that.

Don’t Miss!!!
