So you will have to first uninstall updates before you can click on the disable button.
Having uninstalled updates from the Google play services app, go ahead and tap on the disable button. It will display a warning notification or notification but you should ignore it and go ahead to tap okay and that’s it.

Instead of disabling Google Play Services, you can force stop Google Play on your Android phone.
However, immediately you opened any Google apps on your android phone, the Google play services will start to run in the background. This is what I noticed on my samsung galaxy phone.
To force stop the google play services, get started by opening the settings app. Scroll down and open apps, then search for google play services.
Open it, and same with how to disable google play services, you have to first uninstall updates before you can force stop the google play services.
Without uninstalling updates, you cat be able to tap or click on the force stop button until you uninstall updates on the Google play services. Tap on the hamburger menu like on the picture below;
On tapping on the hamburger menu, you will see uninstall updates, so you go ahead and do that right away.
Now look below your screen and you will see the force stop button which will now be clickable.
