The Samsung Galaxy tab S7 plus sim/memory slot is located at the top, using the sim injector tool take the SIM and SD card tray out of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Plus. Insert your SD card and as well your sim card and push in the sim and memory tray back into the slot.
To verify that they are well inserted, you’ll see network connection on top of your screen, and for the SD card, go to your files and you’ll also see the micro SD card.

1. How to move apps to SD card on samsung tablet
One of the things that android smartphone user’s always love to do, moving their installed apps from internal storage to SD card. Doing this helps a lot in freeing up space in your samsung android tablet.
If you have a little space in your internal storage, this helps a lot and you’ll leave the internal storage for the system apps.
To move apps to SD card on samsung tablet, tap to open the settings app and scroll down to apps. This is where the SD card plays an important role on how to use sd card on samsung tablet.
On the apps, locate the apps you want to move to the SD card. If it is all of them, then you’ll have to start from the first to move apps to SD card on samsung tablet until you get to the last application. However, I don’t recommend moving a system app to SD card if it is possible on your device.
Tap on the application you want to move to the SD card. You’ll see where it states storage, tap on it to open. As it opened, now look closely and you’ll see where it states change, thats the button to move apps to SD card on samsung tablet.
When you tap on the change button, you’ll see the option to select SD card and tap to select the SD card. Immediately you do that, a new window will display, asking you if you want to move the app from internal storage to the SD card.
For example, I’m trying to move this game adventure of jabber, and as I tapped on the change button and selected the SD card, the next window displayed this;
Export Adventure of Jabber
Exporting Adventure of Jabber and its data to SD card…
This will only take a few moments. The app cannot be used while it is being exported.
Do not remove the SD card during export.
It is left for me to click on next. As I do so, it will immediately start to transfer the game app to my SD card. It doesn’t take long unless the the app is big in size. Within 5 to 10 seconds it should successfully move the app from your samsung tablet internal storage to the SD card.
One major disadvantage of moving game app from internal storage to the SD card is that you’ll start all over again to play the game even if you move the saved game files to the SD card.
Again not all apps can be moved from the internal storage to the SD card. I do find this very frustrating of not being able to move an app from the internal storage to the SD card.
This is one of ways on how to use sd card on samsung tablet. It is pretty much helpful as you can free up space in your device internal storage.

Moving or copying files from your device internal storage straight into your SD card helps to free up large space on your tablet internal storage. As we download lots of files, snap camera or do videos, they all pile up in the internal storage.
It is left for the user to move all these files into the SD card. This is why I love phones with SD card support, to able to move files and free up spaces.
How to use sd card on samsung tablet in terms of moving files.
Go to my files and click to open it. Select internal storage and also click to open. There you’ll see list of folders of different files saved in your tablet internal storage.
Locate the files you want to move and you can start with the download folder and DCIM folder. These two folders are always large in size cause it is where your downloads are saved in, and also your pictures and videos.
For example, my DCIM has a total file size of 7.29 GB even though I’ve moved lots of files to my SD card.
Using the DCIM as an example, open the folder and go to any sub folder. Tap on the sub folder and mark all the files there by press holding on one file, and tap to select the others.
You can select all files by tap on the box that states all and it will mark or check all the files.
Below the files you’ll see options or actions for you chose, tap on move. Immediately you do so so, you’ll see it shows move here below your screen. What you’ll do is to press the back button until you get to storage and select the SD card and the folder, and finally paste the files there.
It wouldn’t take more than three seconds if the file size is small or two minutes if the file size is big though it depends on your SD card class and this is why I do recommend buying a fast SD card for your phone or tablet.
You also use this method to copy file from your tablet internal storage and paste it into the SD card.
