For Refurbished Excellent, Good and Acceptable, you have a 90 day for return or replacement.
In my own experience, I bought refurbished Excellent and wasn’t disappointed at all, as it looks clean without dents or scratches.
The battery capacity was 93%, and the battery life was very strong.
I was really pleased with the purchase.
Mind you, it was an iPhone 14 Pro Max.
The second time I bought an iPhone 12 for my wife, it was a refurbished one, and it was Refurbished Good.
I decided to go for Refurbished Good just to see how it will look, and the price was a little but cheaper than refurbished Excellent and renewed premium.
I wasn’t disappointed though the battery capacity was 89%.
Till this moment, my old lady is still using the phone.

However, the battery life may be below 90% in some cases; it may be within 85% to 92% battery capacity.
For Refurbished Acceptable, the phone will be original, tested and confirmed to be working, but it may have some scratches or dent.
But not so much.
The battery capacity will be below 90% but can’t go below 85%.
However, their prices are relatively cheaper compared to the other options above.
Now listen, if you have the money to afford a brand new phone, please don’t hesitate to go for a brand new phone.
However, if you don’t have the funds, you can look at the options on Amazon; there are many good phones.
The first refurbished phone I bought was from AliExpress in 2019, and the second was in 2022 during the FIFA World Cup.
The phones are still working.
So I decided to try my luck with iPhones, and I opted for Amazon because most AliExpress iPhones are not so good or may be Chinese versions.
I don’t recommend buying iPhones from AliExpress, but you can try.
